This was an excellent depiction of what happened during and after the events of Christ's crucifixion. What my family and I loved most is how they took the viewpoint from a non-believing, Roman soldier. They also showed the true character of Christ's love for the lost while he was here as the sacrificial lamb, and how we as Christians, should follow his example. We also see a small portion of his power at his farewell to prepare for his return as the lion.

Very good movie!! I loved how they put it in a new perspective showing the nonbeliever and showing how he eventually did believe! It was a little violent in the beginning but other then that great movie!

OUTSTANDING! GREAT story concept! Great casting! Great filming/editing! Beautiful portrayal of the most important event in HIStory! I loved seeing the Biblical accounts seen through the eyes of a tribune who was truly seeing for the first time. Will see it many more times and have already told my friends to go! A few notes. 1) the cloth was folded in the tomb, 2) the baptism of the Holy Spirit was totally minimalized, and 3) Jesus left in the clouds & said He was coming back. I want the DVD!

It was a great movie. Enjoyed everything about it. It is refreshing to see a truly Christian movie without any profanity or sexual influences. Need to have more movies like this. I saw on movie board inside theatre..Young Messiah..would love to get screening passes for this movie
