Such a great film! Definitely lives up to all the hype. I really enjoyed the unique spin this film gave on the subject portrayed. The end was fairly predictable, but still incredibly satisfying. All of the actors did amazing! I was honestly enthralled the entire time. I know lots of viewers are going to be upset that Cassie dies in the end, but I don't think things could have worked out any other way. As troubled as Cassie was, I absolutely loved the character. She was so real/genuine. So, while I'm sad she died, I think its a fitting end and one that she was clearly ready for.

Speechless. I'm a man & feel so much guilt just by being a man & complicit in the awful societal system the film outlines. I work in film exhibition & watch films all the time for work: new releases, repertory, etc. But this, this work, I can't think of any analogies. I couldn't predict one thing--you thought you could--but then you were wrong. I saw The Exorcist in 1973--I was 7 years old & yeah our parents took us there. People freaked & ran out of the theater & even vomited. This is more horrifying. It will trigger lots of people. Kudos to the filmmaker. Masterpiece. It'll be hard to top.

Film had an interesting and unique premise. There was never really any boring moments. Really enjoyed the twist ending. Its good to see a film that highlights the issues with male dominant society and getting away with awful things. The film does not shy away from these societal issues and yet presents a compelling story with an equally compelling main character.
