I was not able to view as I was kicked out of the screening and could not get back in

I had some trouble watching the movie only got to see 30 minutes of the movie in 3 hours it keep freezing I was looking toward to these but very disappointed. These type of issues should be happening.

It's still buffering with 17 mins of the film left to go, 4 hrs after I pressed play, so I can't say. I think I have to just stop accepting screening links that don't work with a platform that has an app for Roku or Fire TV (like Vimeo or Eventive). I wish your screener platform wasn't such a dud, because I do think I probably love this movie.
