SLOW!

The story line was not necessary yes it took place in the 50's but with everything in the world going on it didn't need to be in the story. It never address on what happen to the family yes you wanted to make a point that the kids got along no matter what because hey are kids. Then it was like a cliff hanger that his dad died and he is just seating there watching t.v??

Dark Comedy that I didn't think was worth the price of admission, if I had paid. Wait for DVD/Cable TV. It is very slow moving. While the acting for Julianne and Matt were good, the whole storyline was slow moving and had political/racial overtones; which I suppose was what Clooney was looking to get out of it.

Given it stars Matt Damon, a fine actor in his own right, the film wasn't at that standard.
