Scary and edgy. Enjoyed!

Very creepy and scary. Watched most of it with my head covered. Was a little long and it was only chapter 1.

This was the perfect retelling of Stephen King's IT. From the moment Skarsgaard's Pennywise appears on screen, it's clear that this is a new flavour of King's tale and one with quite a few more teeth. Wolfhard steals the show as Richie, and the rest of the Loser's Club balances sheer terror with a natural comedy that a group of friends this close would share to deliver a natural and real horror.
