If you read the book, you won't be disappointed by the movie. It captured the spirit of the book beautifully. A excellent film rendering!

A great story

At first the movie took a bit to get used to the back and forth, but they did a great job taking this from a book and making it into a very well made movie.

"The Glass Castle" is one of my all-time favorite books, so I was really looking forward to the film adaptation and hoping that it would do the book justice. I was not disappointed. The performances were incredible, particularly Woody Harrelson and Brie Larson. I thought the film did a wonderful job to capture the complexity and humanity in Jeannette's dysfunctional family. It was beautiful.
