Great Movie

Pretty darn good. First act had some problems but besides that this film is a tense and thrilling ride. Not to mention the obvious important issues it touches upon.

I liked the movie. It brought light to an event in American history that I did not know of. At the same time the movie angered me because as an African-American male it reminded me that the injustice that black people suffered is still happening today. I left the theater upset and it took my girlfriend about thirty minutes to get me out of the funk.

Although it was well acted by the entire cast, it left me feeling disappointed that this is still going on in 2017. Nothing has changed even with all the evidence, white cops are still able to kill blacks and not go to jail!
