My granddaughter really enjoyed the movie.

Fun and upbeat remake of the original.

If you are an Annie purist, you may be disappointed in this movie as it does not mirror the original in all respects. But I found the movie engaging, and the acting quite good. I loved Foxx portrayal of the germophobic cell phone magnant and Cam Diaz's performance was over-the-top. I would recommend the film for families - it's nice holiday fare.

i hated hated hated hated the over the top acting by Cameron Diaz. I get it, it's a comedy , and over the op is funny - to a degree. After a while it's just extremely irritating. She ruined the movie. Razzie for her.
