Thought it was good. The movie kept stalling so hard to get the real affect of the movie

I thought is was ok. The backstory of marital separation and the family dynamics could have been better developed. At some point of the movie I thought I was watching a rerun of 2012 or Deep Impact. Overall it was entertaining and I would recommend watching on video or PPV.

It was a typical story of global annihilation and tremendous obstacles to stay together as a family and survive.

It was entertaining. A little bit implausible when you think of all the obstacles they had to overcome, but that is what movies are about. I like that is was focused on one family, but I would have liked to seen more on the comet itself. It seemed secondary. But then again, this could seemingly happen one day, so that was scary enough. Gerard Butler is also one of those actors who can make anything entertaining.
