Really enjoyed the acting and the storyline. Thought it slowed down a little in the middle.

It was just OK. In these tough times, I would prefer to see a happier, lighter movie rather than one about the "end of days".

In a surprisingly moving performance from Gerard Butler, this movie really draws you in and care about the characters. Less of a special effects bonanza, it relies more closely on the relationships between Butler and Baccarin along with their son. The script drags a bit at times but overall the casting of recognizable character actors for smaller roles pulls the viewer back in. Overall a very fun movie that I'd recommend to others!!

I happen to enjoy all movies and have a low bar for review, but I can recognize when storylines go awry or are too ridiculous to be believed. However, the characters are likeable and the actors try hard and you can still be rooting for a win!
