It was good

Music singing & dancing & acting was very good . Too much story, & not enough song & dance

I really enjoyed the music and overall movie. I even appreciate the different lens it was shot in, as Elton is telling his own story. This movie made me appreciate Elton John’s music again. Some times it felt like a musical which I wasn’t expecting but overall is was entertaining and the cast had great voices. I even think Toran sounds better singing the song even more than Elton himself :)

Although of course I expected music, I was still surprised how much of a musical it was (as opposed to a biopic). The acting and singing are excellent. Some parts of the story could’ve been tightened, but it’s an entertaining enough film.
