I enjoyed, humor and reflection

This is a funny and touching coming of age story. Great cast!

The actors did a really nice job with their roles and the fact that most are not a household name in Hollywood gives an added level of believability to the movie. The movie is not your typical coming of age story and treats its subject with a more serious level of respect. It also leaves the viewer wanting to know what happens next as there appears to be a whole other untold story beyond the timeframe of this particular film, including what really would become of Elliott when she headed out the door and went off to college and thereafter. My wife and I enjoyed the movie.
