Sicario the first movie you was way better, there was some action in this movie but not like I thought there would be. The ending of the movie was dumb, it didn't make sense to me it was phony

I had high hopes for this film after watching the first Sicario, but I found that it fell short on several fronts. One of the defining aspects of the first film was that it kept you in the dark and in suspense for most of the movie. Sicario 2 felt forced, in your face and lacked all the subtlety that made the first film so engaging. Throwing in Arab suicide bombers at the start just seemed like pure plot device and had no impact on the rest of the film. The ending was also pretty cheesy...

was confusing and a bit boring at times.

It was thirty minutes too long and the ending could have been better. It didn't do justice to the first one. And I gave that one five stars. If it's going to be a third one it should be more action and less long drawn out dialect. People were falling asleep in the screening. The key is a solid story with balance like the first one.
