It had some really predictable moments and bad writing, but there were also a lot of fun action scenes and funny moments. Overall I still enjoyed it as an action-packed but mindlessly dystopian movie.

Liked Insurgent as much as Divergent. Seemed very well received by the whole audience. There were giggles during the movie and applause at the end. Haven't read the books and am really enjoying all the action and story. I think the scifi is so different and well presented. Shaliene Woodley is doing a terrific job acting as she is so totally into her character.

It was not as engrossing as the first movie. I also forgot many things that happened in the first movie that was mentioned on this movie because the time lapses between two movies.There was better special effect on this movie though. Although some of the rescue scenes are super abrupt and very unbelievable.

Some good action scenes; a few too many close-up soulful eye searching scenes. Not as good as the first installment (Divergent), but still entertaining.
