No words to describe this movie.

I was disappointed in the movie. As soon as I saw Carey Muligan's named attached to the movie I had been really looking forward to seeing it and was happy to watch a screening. I thought the premise was convoluted and the execution of the story very poor. It definitely wasn't anything I would generally associate with Carey Mulligan's fine acting. I was confused as to the story was supposed to dramatic or comical. I would not expect a movie about rape and it's consquences to be at all comical.

It was disappointing. The pacing it terrible. The midpoint was weak, predictable, and cliched. Nothing set up the end to be satisfying in any way.\r\rAt least the acting was solid.
