A leaden King adaptation with very few genuine scares. A disappointment.

I was really looking forward to this movie and unfortunately something got lost; it wasn't very entertaining. My daughter and I were incredibly exciting to see John Lithgow in this movie. He was the best thing about the entire thing!

Very predictable to the point of almost being annoying.

The movie felt cheap and rushed when it comes to the VFX. The actors we're great but stick to the book
