Very heavy but necessary in providing history on a subject that most would like to forget. Enjoyed viewing the movie through the eye's of the actor's; a nice cinematic effect.

I know it was based on a true story and you can't change that. However, I wanted it to have a happier ending.

really liked the sentient lens and archival footage, I thought at least with the sentient lens that’s not something I’ve seen all that often, if at all. With the book and even more with the movie, I didn’t really connect on any level with the characters.

Very ambitious but confusing. Had to Google review to understand the ending. Would not recommend to others.
