Loved the movie and the cast.

fantastic movie! best movie we've seen in a long time!! great acting. great story. we were very moved and really enjoyed it.Taraji, Octavia, Janelle and Kevin Costner all were superb and should be nominated for awards in my opinion. it had drama, comedy, romance and tugged at your heartstrings. (mom thought too many times with Taraji and the trip to the toilet;but I didn't mind & we both loved it)

Being from Hampton I could not have been more proud to know I literally have walked on some of the hallow ground that these dynamic women have graced over the years. The movie is a story that needed to be told, and I am so glad the book was adapted to a movie. Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer and Janelle Monae gave performances that are academy award worthy.
