As usual Bumbauch delivers. The cast was phenomenal and the score was outstanding.

I was shocked how much I liked this film. I had seen other films by Noah B. and starring Greta Gerwig and most have fallen flat. This was not the case with Mistress America. It kept me on my toes and was incredibly funny, throughout. The editing was quippy and the writing was quick. I loved it and cannot recommend it highly enough.

This charming gem was entertaining from start to finish. It was funny and warm, a challenging combination to pull off. Greta Gerwig was amazing as always, but Lola Kirke was a revelation. I thoroughly enjoyed the film.

I give this lovely and witty movie a 5 star for its contents of humor, spark, controversy issues, reality, and spunk. I REALLY enjoyed it, and so did my friend, so this provides (2) 5-star ratings. Thank you for the chance to see this unreleased movie.
