Incredible film. Such a good movie I almost wish I didn’t know it was a DC movie until the end. Incredible take on the character. Couldn’t have picked a better actor for this take.

This was one of the best films of the year so far. Joaquin Phoenix was superb!

This is not a comic book movie. It is powerful, allegorical, gritty, and borderline realistic. It is like no other "origin story" that has ever been filmed. If viewers can set aside any expectations as they walk in the door, they will be in for a real treat.
