I thoroughly enjoyed Rosewater. I am not very good about international news, so this was all new to me. The direction of the movie was well done and kept the story line moving forward.

I really enjoyed this movie, much more than I anticipated. Jon Stewart's writing and direction, the compelling nature of the story and, frankly, the wonderful job by the actors really made the film. I went in thinking it might be too derivative of Argo - similar subject matter, same location, 30 years apart - but I found it quite different in many respects, and worthwhile.
