‪My husband and I had the opportunity to attend this screening and we remember the actual events in 1988. Wonderfully done, feel good movie, the underdog prevails and follows his dreams through trials and triumphs to the 1988 Winter Olympics, setting British Record as a Ski Jumper on the 90 M! Made me laugh, smile and feel a wee bit anxiety looking down from the top of those jump shots!

We really enjoyed the movie from start to finish. The time went very fast. Great movie.

Really enjoyed the movie

Eddie the Eagle is a very heartwarming story about dedication and determination. The personal triumph one can get not through winning the gold medal but just the acceptance of participating. I love it and highly recommend it to all.
