I kept loosing interest, caught myself dozing off a couple times.

I love Carey Mulligan. This film will no doubt be more interesting to young folk. This film was probably inspired by the #Me Too movement. While I don't condone the way women have been treated by men in our culture, especially in the past, I don't believe in going on a witch hunt to bring down men (or women) many years after the the fact of their indiscretions. \r So the film had so/so appeal for me. I did like the slow way it developed and the film ended at the right moment. \rBeing of an older generation no doubt influenced my rating. Overall I'd give it a C+

I have mixed feelings about it...

Ms .45 without the teeth. Would have worked better for me as a satire, which also would have played to the strengths of the comedic cast. \r\rCarey Mulligan's hair stylist definitely deserves an oscar for this.\r\rI'd definitely be interested in the director's next feature.
