I really liked it. It was a gut punch when it went from dark comedy to grisly denouement. Her dysfunctional family/life showed how far she'd fallen after leaving med school. Casting likable actors in the good-guy predator roles - wonderful. The groom reminded me of Otter in Animal House. Everyone needs to see this flick.

Couldn't finish the movie. Video playback paused around 8 pm PST and as no instructions were given for this issue, I refreshed the page. This kicked me out of the screening.

I like Carey and everyone involved, but I couldn't stop thinking how much more fun this movie could've been if the character just went full-on Patrick Bateman. No one is particularly likable in the movie. I did appreciate killing her in the end, and it was probably the best part of the movie, but then it just went to the trope of still getting her revenge even though the main character bites the dust. Plus, a good lawyer could probably get Al Monroe a decent sentence. Good job on the marketing front, but I admit I was expecting something edgier. I appreciated the cinematography. 5/10

white liberal women will love this film (especially the scene where the main character smashes car lights with a crowbar). Performances were great, but I took issue with several aspects of the story. However, the theme of believing and standing by women is one that is important.
