I went into this movie with next to no expectations because the trailer for this movie made it look awful. Tom Hardy's accent was not consistent, Michelle Williams wig was obvious, Jenny Slate was not convincing in her role. The plot was so-so but Riz Ahmed played an excellent adversary. The special effects were seamless. I felt the some of the dialogue fell flat, especially when it came to the more comedic lines. Overall, I would tell people to see it but wait for Redbox.

Loved it. It was a fun action movie with a cool looking monster as the lead. Don't listen to the critics—This was a great movie!
