Very clever and interesting character with an interesting story. However, a little slow for my taste.

True Story starts out as mysterious thriller and ends as twisted story of manipulation and deception. In the end it's not obvious who is the winner in this exchange. If you enjoy watching these type of mind games you will like the movie even considering the fact that James Franco is a better actor in his comedies.

Fascinating story, compellingly told. Acting by Jonah Hill & James Franco a bit weak...rather flat characterizations. Still worth a ticket rather than waiting for Netflix.
