Sucked

We had the webpage open on time but when pressing Start, the new window didn't fully load. We were only 5 minutes into the movie start time & were forced to reload the webpage. Then we received a message that we could no longer watch because it already started.

I was extremely disappointed as we logged in and paused the movie and it bumped us out and wouldn’t let us play it. This is the first time this happened and I had rearranged our day to be available at that time only to be shut out of seeing the movie

I wouldn't know, it stopped playing twice and the second time I could not get the last 14 minutes!!!!
