A solid disaster movie that lacks an identification with the charaters. It presents a bleak picture of the way humans would react in a disaster. Its an Ok watch that dragged a bit in parts and did not flow as well as it should have.

It had some solid suspense and great visuals, and some heart-pounding tension scenes, but not enough thrilling elements to compensate for its lack of interesting characters. I was never really emotionally invested in any of the characters. There is also a lot that does not make sense in the film and some glaring plot holes. It seems that much of the film was cut out to make it under 2 hours...and you can tell.

It's a good survival story with a decent conclusion. Amazing casting for extras, supporting characters, and leads.

Honestly expected a lot worse. But this movie had me entertained the whole way through and the acting was strong enough. However, like almost every disaster film, it plays it safe and is awfully predictable, and maybe 2020 WASNT the best year to release a disaster film...
