The Mauritanian was difficult to watch at times but well made and the acting performances were stellar

In my opinion The Mauritania is a good movie. I enjoyed it. It was longer than I had anticipated, but worth it.

Well done. Great Acting. Realistic scenes. The movie showed explicitly the horrors of Gitmo and the lack pf justice by the USIt showed we could be as brutal as our adversaries without regard for our rule of law.

Even though the history of Guantanamo is now known this story still builds to a crescendo that one is horrified to witness and yet feels they must.
