Gary Oldman's acting was great!

Excellent historical film. Top notch acting by Gary Oldman. I'd expect he'd win the Oscar for best actor. Amazing make-up.

It gave a powerful depiction of the difficult decision whether to go to war. It did not hide some of Churchill’s personal foibles. There were a few spots that strained credulity, as between the limited interactions shown on the Underground ride and the details (names, quotes) which Churchill reported to the cabinet.

3.5/5 so I will round up to 4. Extremely slow, but very good acting.
