A splendid journey

Great movie but I hated how it ended. Grandmama was ill and we knew she will pass but movie didn’t have to end on that note.

Excellent script and good idea of a "movie within a movie". Surprise twists to story --difficult for audience to anticipate how story with unveil itself. Beautiful and authentic costumes and properties and magnificent photography. Sound was outstanding and authentic. Lived up to the high standards permanently set by the TV series and first film. Accurately depicted the extravagant carefree life of those fortunate to be privileged at the time. Acting was first rate and believable. The audience was pulled right into the complex relationships within the Crawley family.

Superbly filmed, cinematographically wonderful. \rThe entire experience was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the storyline; handling of touchy issues was gentle and respectful.
