It was nostalgic. Mr. Rogers was a true inspiration to humankind and I think it's great that this documentary will be in theatres to reach out to those who werent able to experience his impact as a child.

I really enjoyed this. Afterwards, I said I felt like I wanted to go out and be nice to people the next day.

Fred Rogers had a very interesting life, and had a huge influence on generations of children and television.For someone of my generation, this film is a must see.

I really enjoyed this documentary, not only because of the iconic figure it was deciphering and illuminating, but because of the purposeful storytelling. There was some smart transition (sound, especially), and the philosophic and historical elements of Rogers life were well woven into the becoming of Mr.Rogers Neighborhood. My criticisms were that there was too little emphasis on just how much Rogers affluent childhood impacted his success; as well as how his gender (extremely) played into it (let’s be honest, female figures have been doing what Mr.Rogers did publicly for lifetimes).
