I thought it was okay condidering the kind of movie it was

Good movie but very slow.

I had a few laughs but the acting wasn't great and it was a goofy story.

I liked the premise of the 70's amusement park, but it used the same old formulaic-Hollywood story line and plot that I've seen thousands of times before. Therefore it made me yawn more than laugh. In order to make a comedy work it needs to have a funky tone, not the same old polished themes.
