The movie was hilarious. I hadn't seen the first movie and was expecting a standard superhero movie, but was surprised and delighted with the humor in this movie.

Ryan Reynolds reprises his titular role in the long awaited sequel to his superhero smash hit, Green Lantern. While the first act is a bit long, I would highly recommend sticking through it as there is a lot of character development for the lead, Colossus and supporting roles for Negasonic Teenage Warhead, the latter of which shows some pretty remarkable growth as an individual.

It’s a very fun, touching and funny movie.
