The script did not seem to build, instead seemed like a series of random acts that led to a conclusion where the hero decides to reconnect. Despite what should have been a moving story, I did not have an emotional connection to the main character (s).

Really slow in the beginning but if you like nature and peace - you'll like the movie.

It was a decent movie but not really super engaging. It felt like a book where there were chapters missing through alot of it. It was good to watch once but I would have been disappointed if I paid to see this at a theater.

Kudos to Robin Wright for showing the strength of a woman under extremely difficult elements. It wasn't like pitching a tent in your backyard camping and survival training.\r It was a minor omission but we are never told what her relationship was to Emma. Sister? girl friend? Sister-in-law?\r Beautiful scenery and beautiful moments between Miguel and Robin.. It showed that there are good people in this world.
