Intense drama, a truly gut wrenching story told with quality acting.

The Mauritanian is a very insightful and informative film. I've heard a few stories of Guantanimo - this was a deeper look at the deception, cruelty and power of it. It was very sad and a bit scary too - one can start to imagine that this could happen to anyone. It is amazing to me he was able to survive it and seems to have found joy after such a harrowing event. Thank you for sharing this screening event with me.
