Spiderman Homecoming is definitely the best Spidey film I have seen on the big screen! Tom Holland was a great casting choice for young Spiderman! Kudos to Sony for reaching a deal with Marvel.

So entertaining! It's exactly like how Spiderman is depicted in the comic book!

I love the fact that the story was well written and played. However, Peter Parker's love interest Liz Allan, could have been portrayed a little better. When they go to the homecoming prom, he ditches her and yes although she know's him to be like that, it's surprising how she forgived him so easily. Then again, they are teenagers, so I guess that plays a big part, as they are more forgiving than adults. All in all, this is the best Spiderman movie since Tobey Maguire!

Spider-Man has always been a parable for the difficulties of the teenage years. Marvel takes their best known hero back to his basics and crafts a wonderful story. Puberty, role-models, dating, responsibility. All of the things that bring angst to a teenager are there. Each is well handled and has the right humor to keep things from being too dour. Best of all his origin story is not rehashed. It's mentioned and then it's gone. In the end Peter earns his victory one hard step at a time.
