It was fine! It felt a little disjointed and I wish it had a stronger thesis without being so heavy-handed. It made me want to know more about the real women it portrayed.

Fine acting Slow fractured editing somewhat boring

The two leads give great performances but the movie didn’t really work as a whole for me. Many aspects of the movie felt too modern and took me out of the realism of the situation. The supporting characters felt pretty one dimensional. The dialog was pretty bad too.
