The premise is a little bit unbelievable, though Robin Wright was good in the role, expressing the emotions she needed to to make her role believable. Her chemistry (if that's the word for it) with her co-star and the dog was perfect.

Slow but eventually got story line. Oftentimes filming was too dark. Overall movie was ok, not spectacular.

Land is Robin Wright's director debut. She acted well in this visually impactful movie with a good story theme. However, the movie pace is slow and how quickly she adapted to "survivor" mode out in the wild by reading a few books in the cabin is not very plausible.\r\rOverall Land is okay but suffers from serious plotlines and slow pace. However, considering the lack of choices in movies over the past year, it is worth watching.

I enjoyed the scenery and the music and the overall themes. A few things were a little unbelievable but it was enjoyable nonetheless.
