I am VERY disappointed. I didn't receive my email link to the screen until 5 minutes AFTER the streaming started, and was denied access.

I followed the instructions to watch the special screening and when the timer ended and I was able to press play movie I got an error message saying the movie had already started and I could not join. Needless to say, I wasted my time and I was unable to watch the movie.

I did not have a good experience at all. When it downloaded it was 7 seconds... and when I tried to get back in it would not let me. I did not get to see the movie and I was really looking forward to it!

I’m sure the movie was great but sadly you didn’t allow me to watch it. I went on at 7pm cst and it had me wait two hours for the premiere. When it was time to watch the movie it wouldn’t let me and said I was late. But in reality I had the link open the whole time and got cheated out of watching the movie. I hope there is some way I can view this movie free of charge, due to the inconvenience.
