It was a very suspense driven psychological thriller that plays with the paranormal in a very unique and interesting way. Unfortunately the film is advertised in a sense that leads the viewers to believe Ethan Hawke’s character will be more prevalent, but instead he is used effectively; just not as much as I would’ve liked.

I liked the suspense of the film and being set in the late 70's helps with that forboding feeling. I loved Maddie McGraw, the young actress playing the main characters sister. Everyone in the theater was cheering for her. Too bad the main character was very annoying!
