It was good and had a surprise ending.

Good action story, more focused on people than catastrophe itself. Gerard Butler seems a bit old for the role of dad to 10 year old.

It was great to see a movie that had a high production value and great sound. The plot line was good. However; the movie stuck a little too close to home right now. Saying goodbye to loved ones who you may never see again was a bit too difficult to watch. I believe this movie would do much better being released over the summer or even a year ago. While I enjoyed it, it was a bit too stressful to be entertaining right now.

Although this film was fairly predictable, I enjoyed the action and pace of it and the film was very entertaining.
