A great book End for the original film. Danny Boyle returns in triumph into this style filled world of four mates getting into trouble with the world they live in and with themselves. More of a comedy and action film this go around. It's a great ride again with Spud, Danny, Franki, and Sick boy. Highly recommended if you like the original.

Started off strong but slowed down about 3/4 of the way through alot of references to the original that didn't feel forced.

It was great to see these characters again. I would recommend that anyone see the first Trainspotting before seeing this one. There are many references to the first. A worthwhile sequel!

I liked elements of the movie that tied to the first movie. I appreciated the arch of the characters in how they evolved doing a 180 that gives you some insight into how they matured and what new conflicts they were dealing with regarding how friends ships survive through betrayal and current life challenges. It was a fun ride!
