Everything about the movie was excellent. The scenery of the 1940s was brought to life by the set pieces, the wardrobe and the authenticity of the actors - who all gave very moving performances (Especially Streep and Grant.)The film was moved along by endearing moments and character growth - Florence who learned to live through music and St. Claire who learned to love through Florence.
