I thought the movie was honestly not that bad as some people had portrayed it to be. The CGI was seemleess compared to how noticeable it is in most other marvel films. Curious to see how the film will pick up in the sequel based on where it was left off but still overall had an O K story timeline. Furthermore the introduction of the film was probably the worst, it was understandable that You can’t just jump right into action but still felt kind of boring and didn’t have any hooks.

I thought this movie was ok, it had its funny moments but i think because it was an origin movie there was a lot to describe. I think it could have benefitted from more time.

Not as bad as the critics are saying. Venom was awesome, the story was not.
