DC really needed a good one and The Flash did not deliver. The movie really drags, the CGI looked terrible, and the fight scene did not seem as important because there was more dialogue than anticipated buildup for it. It was more like “just get it over with” rather than “I can’t to see this” when it was finally happening.

Overall I was not a fan of the awkwardness and stumbling nature that Barry Allen had in this film. Barry is typically a pretty quick witted and smooth guy but In this film he can never seem to get his footing unless it's to put his foot In his mouth. A lot of the comedy fell incredibly flat, at times comedic bits went on for too long or were unnecessarily repeated. The cameos were amazing though.

Convoluted film filled with plotholes and fan service.

The Flash is another messy DC movie with no clear narrative. The plot is meandering yet overstuffed with multiverse nonsense. As a major DC fan, it was extremely disappointing to see characters like Batman and Supergirl be at the forefront of The Flash’s marketing only to barely be in the movie with no real storylines. I would’ve preferred a stand-alone Flash movie instead.
