Cute movie and actors were all very good. Sweet and silly road trip movie. Enjoyed the USA/Mexican jokes, (I’m from San Diego, CA) a lot of the zingers from the Mexicans about Americans made me laugh especially hard.

Movie with heart, but lacks polish. \rThis seems to be a knock-off of the Hangover movies, complete with a neatnick and a lovable, but zany relative/friend. \rI did get emotionally connected to the cast and storyline , but wonder why this “re-make” was made? Really nothing new to tell and the whole reveal left me questioning the father’s life choices/reasoning for his absence. But I guess this was much more personal/family focused then The Hangover movies. \rI would still recommend-but with caveats.
