I thought at first that this would be a normal story about someone trying to save the world. Was nicely surprised with the twists and turns and the fact that they were just trying to save their own family. Very good actors and acting!

Big budget disaster movie. Good action scenes, thought it would end then didn't. Would have been ok to wonder whether they made it out not! Post test audience ending!? Thank you for sharing it with use, it was fun and Gerard butler is always excellent!

It is in the same mold as any doomsday movie but kept me interested throughout. The family being separated, including the child, and then all finding each other was heart-warming. The boy did a wonderful job acting as well as the assemble cast.

One of the best movies I have seen in awhile. Good story line. It fully kept my attention throughout.
