Sweet story about a girl who loves her family more than anything else. The teacher was a little over the top, but his supportiveness to get Ruby to come out of her shell made up for it. I was in full tears by the end!

CODA was a great movie! We enjoyed it as a family (adults). The storyline and acting were great. Emilia Jones, who played Ruby, learned to sign and sing in 9 months and did a fantastic job! There were moments in the movie that lapsed a little, when the family was "talking" to each other, but it was otherwise a very engaging film. Also some lighthearted moments of (sometimes crude) humor.
