After 20 years of silence we find out what happened to the main protagonists from the original Trainspotting. As before, it's a rollercoaster ride of violence, sex and drug highs, just tempered by our (now) middle aged anti-heroes. Borrowing a lot from the first film, some scenes felt a bit laboured but the momentum stopped it dragging. A few scenes where straight out of 'Shallow Grave' which added a meta layer to the film, as did Spud, writing the original Trainspotting throughout the film.

Great way to do a sequel, especially one with so much time between the original and the follow-up.

Great Movie although it needs more subtitles... It took a while to get used to the actor's Edinburgh accents.

Had lots of different elements. It was very interesting and entertaining.Liked the actors and characters.
